ANTI-AGING MASK

This mask has anti-aging properties and will help to firm the skin without any chemicals or harmful ingredients. The raw honey will provide your skin with
hydrating, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • A couple drops of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey

Fun fact: Raw honey is used as a base in all three of the masks since it helps permeate the ingredients into the skin and has the ability to infiltrate the skin without irritating it.

Directions
Mix all of the ingredients and let them sit for an hour. Apply evenly to the face and let it sit for 10 minutes.

ENERGIZING MASK

This mask will help energize and even out your skin while providing a soothing and hydrating effect. The tea in the mask helps minimize puffing and bloating to your
body and face. Black tea will provide the strongest debloating effect due its high caffeine content, while white tea provides the lowest caffeine content. This mask can
also be used on your entire body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tea bag (green, white or black tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • Optional: add licorice tea for a brightening effect

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and let them sit for an hour. Apply evenly to the face or body and let it sit for 10 minutes.

CALMING MASK FOR SUN EXPOSURE

This mask is best used to calm you skin after exposure to the sun and it can help protect your face after any sun damage.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon of chamomile tea
  • Optional: add aloe pulp for an extra soothing boost
  • Optional: add licorice tea for a brightening effect
